The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly commercial and dynamic Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. As a trusted advisor to our executive and leadership teams, you will provide strategic guidance on all People-related matters and lead key initiatives to support the delivery of our mid-term plan.

This is a Trans-Tasman role partnering with our Chief Supply Chain Officer, offering plenty of scope to have an impact on a critical function within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy for your function, driving commercial performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the people strategy for the People & Culture team
  • Provide strategic guidance on all People-related matters to executive and leadership teams
  • Lead key initiatives to support the delivery of our mid-term plan
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Drive commercial performance and growth
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of partnering at Executive level, developing and executing people strategies, and driving commercial performance. You should have exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and influence at all levels across the organization.

You should also have demonstrated change management capability, strong analytical skills, and a high level of commercial acumen. Intellectual curiosity and the courage to challenge and question for a better people outcome are essential.
