- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large, diverse teams and handling complex logistics operations.
- Familiarity with the Contract Logistics sector in Oceania and knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including customers, staff, and senior management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to manage operational issues, logistical challenges, and business strategy.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of operations.
