Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations:
Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the Oceania region. Facilitate partnerships with key merchants or institutions regarding access, resources, and promotional activities. Occasionally engage with partners to deliver tailored training sessions, marketing initiatives, and insights on Weixin/WeChat products.
Market Research, including but not limited to:
A
Store Evaluation:
Perform on-site assessments to evaluate the deployment of materials in physical stores.
B Market Trends:
Regularly collect essential market data through online research, industry analyses, and field visits to evaluate and compare payment performance.
C User Insights:
Conduct field visits or online surveys to gather data on user penetration rates and overall user experience.
3 Material Deployment:
Coordinate on-site material distribution for areas or scenarios that are not easily accessible by institutions.
4 Business Communication:
Support the communication of product updates and opportunities to our business partners, including merchants, banks, fintech companies, government entities, and other organizations.
5 Collaboration Development:
Establish partnerships with university organizations, key commercial sectors, etc., to implement user community marketing strategies, observe consumption patterns in real-time, conduct research and statistical analysis, and explore collaboration opportunities within the Weixin ecosystem.
Qualifications:
1. Exceptional communication abilities, combined with a proactive and engaging personality, fluent in both Chinese and English. 2. Strong project management and execution skills, capable of producing high-quality summaries and analytical reports. 3. Self-driven and self-sufficient, able to independently and proactively complete assigned tasks. 4.
Familiarity with the Weixin/WeChat and Weixin Pay product ecosystem, understanding of payment industry operations, and preferably with experience in industry operations, merchant management, or channel oversight with a track record of successful projects.
