We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at Downer Group. As a key member of our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including managing correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with subcontractors, managers, and engineers to ensure administrative requirements are met.
- Procurement: Manage the purchase order process and oversee discretionary spending procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Government Security Clearance: Hold or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Australian citizen).
- Education and Experience: High School Certification + relevant word processing and secretarial qualifications and/or training, with previous experience in a similar administration position.
- Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), with the ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment.
