About the Role
The SDR position at Rippling offers a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious sales representative to manage high-velocity sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process.
As an SDR, you will prospect and qualify new customers and channel partners for Rippling, building a team that requires a winning attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. This role enables you to help shape processes and build pipelines supporting Account Executive counterparts immediately. We value transparency in career paths, allowing you to grow in your sales profession.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects
- Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
- Experience in phone-based sales roles
- Track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams at Rippling
- Desire to join a competitive team-based environment
- BA/BS degree preferred
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
