Job Title: Procurement Manager for Supply Chain Optimization

This exciting opportunity is to join a dedicated team committed to excellence in supply chain management.

You will be responsible for building strong alliances with key suppliers, negotiating best value and delivering improved outcomes for the business.

  • Contract performance management - manage and drive our key top tier suppliers to contracted SLAs and KPIs.
  • Supplier relationship management - source new partners and manage existing strategic supply partners.
  • Drive supply chain synergies in areas of food, utilities, uniforms, PPE, and service overheads.
  • Conduct independent internal audit programs to detect potential cost savings.
  • Business case & sourcing strategy development - make recommendations to the operations team on cost saving areas identified and assist in implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Experienced professional with a background in procurement management, managing purchasing spends of greater than 100M annually.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, and commercial maturity to adapt to market conditions.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant field; CIPS/APICS or similar qualifications.
