Procurement and Supply Chain Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The role involves transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier locally, implementing procurement category management strategy in FM, managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance, overseeing the procurement process, and managing and monitoring supplier performance and contract compliance.

  3. Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
  6. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
  7. Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities also include staying informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
