Key Responsibilities

  • The Rebates Coordinator will be responsible for managing rebate agreements across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring timely completion of renewals and final settlement of credits against customer accounts.
  • This role involves developing and implementing processes to maintain accurate rebates and providing sound advice on rebate agreements.
  • The coordinator will also resolve issues and queries from key stakeholders, internal and external, related to rebates.
  • A strong analytical skillset and ability to work autonomously are essential for this position, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven background in credit or finance and experience working with SAP is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibility.
  • Understanding of customer needs and ability to provide solutions.

About the Role

The Rebates Coordinator will report directly to the National Credit Manager and work in our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
