Rebates Coordinator

The Techtronic Industries group is a global leader in consumer and professional products. As Rebates Coordinator, you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of the rebate agreements function across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be based at our offices in Notting Hill and will report directly to the National Credit Manager. Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing a process to ensure rebates are accurate and paid promptly to customers.
  • Maintaining a robust system of controls to manage risk and minimize exposure to the company.
  • Providing advice on the implementation and management of rebate agreements.
  • Resolving issues and queries from key stakeholders regarding rebates.
  • Continuously improving the rebates process.

As Rebates Coordinator, you will have a proven background and experience in a similar role within Credit or Finance. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Time management skills with the ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP highly desirable.
  • Advanced MS Office skills required.
