Mamamia is Australia's largest independent women's media group, striving to make the world a better place for women and girls. As our Head of Agency Sales, you will represent us in the vibrant Melbourne market, leading revenue growth while building strategic partnerships that drive results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth and exceeding monthly sales targets across the VIC agency territory
  • Leading and developing a team of talented Sales Managers while building strong external agency relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities to grow our footprint with agencies and clients
  • Retailing and growing revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions
About You:
  • You have 15+ years in digital media sales with at least 7+ years leadership experience across multiple sales streams (agency, direct, independent)
  • You possess strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies
  • You have excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills
  • You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation
