Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales targets across the VIC territory
- Lead a team of Sales Managers while building strong agency relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative advertising solutions that meet client expectations
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow Mamamia's footprint with agencies and clients
- Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management
- Lead major pitches and negotiations, including escalation management
- You bring 15+ years in digital media sales with at least 7+ years leadership experience
- You have a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results
- You possess strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies
- You have excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills
- You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation
