**About this role**:
This is a new and exciting opportunity to become Practice Manager for an up-and-coming landscape architecture practice located in the heart of Sydney. In this role you will be helping the director implement and execute the strategic business plans, and ensure all projects are remaining on track with vigorous forecasting and resourcing. The director will also need you to support with HR aspects of the practice and ensure all QA's, compliance and insurances are update.With a portfolio of high-end commercial and residential projects, you would be joining a highly reputable practice. With plans of expanding in the future, there is unlimited opportunity for you to grow both professionally and personally.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Supporting Director with implementing strategic business plan and execute goals and vision Ensuring all insurances, QAs and compliance is up to date and in order Helping with project forecasting, resourcing, and invoicing HR support for current and new employees.

**Skills and Experience**:
3 5 years as office manager, operations manager, or similar role within the design industry. Experience supporting with finances and reporting on fees and invoices Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally in a high pressure environment
