Claims Administrative Assistant Role

As a Claims Administrative Assistant at Randstad, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our Claims teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate administrative services, enabling our teams to deliver top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage claims administration tasks, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and escalate potential risks.
  • Perform a range of administrative duties, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client needs.
  • Utilize claims management systems to source and store information accurately, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our Claims Support function.
  • Develop strong internal relationships to optimize claims management processes and deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage service expectations.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster internal relationships.
  • Proficient in IT systems and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in the medical or legal admin field is highly desirable.
