About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Team, ensuring all health and safety practices and procedures are upheld in our Retail Stores, Support Office, and Distribution Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of all WorkCover claims, including timely submission of claims and payments of compensation to team members.
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner to administer payroll calculations.
  • Monitor the currency of Certificates of Capacity and RTW Plans in accordance with medical recommendations and progression of recovery.
  • Complete RTW Plans and submit to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the Health and Safety email inbox, monitoring incoming mail and triage as needed.
  • Support the administration of First Aid in the Support Office, including First Aid Kit checks, stock management, and re-ordering.
  • Process pending Elumina incidents and escalate as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Completion of RTW Coordinator Training Course desirable.
  • Great organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting OH&S practices.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude.
