Part Time Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administration and legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting memos or advices, conducting due diligence, and preparing briefs for counsel.

About the Role:

  • The role is based in Newcastle, working closely within our industry leading Construction and Projects team.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive, high-performing team culture that values collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be involved in researching and drafting documents, conducting due diligence, and preparing briefs for counsel.
  • Previous legal administration experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Requirements:

  • You are currently undertaking a law degree;
  • You value being part of a team, taking initiative, accepting responsibility for solving problems and delivering outcomes;
  • You are a curious, life-long learner who is open to change, trying new things, and wants to develop, not just as a professional, but as a person;
  • You are proactive, have a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
