Key Account Partnership Specialist

In this strategic role, you will foster and maintain exceptional relationships with valued customers, providing expert guidance to meet their evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions and services.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and excellent customer experiences
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including training and troubleshooting
  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted networking and partnerships

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the technology industry. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales or account management position
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of cloud-based technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
