Join Our Team as a Chaplaincy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to lead our chaplaincy efforts and guide a team of chaplains in delivering person-focused, spiritual, and pastoral support.

About the Role

The Chaplaincy Manager will oversee locations from Northern Sydney to the Central Coast, leading a team that provides effective care to customers, carers, staff, and volunteers, regardless of cultural background or faith.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least five years post-graduate experience in pastoral ministry and/or chaplaincy
  • Demonstrated commitment to self-nurture, self-care, professional boundaries, and professional development
  • Able to demonstrate high-level Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart
  • Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary settings
  • Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian church
  • Current 'Working with Children Check'
  • Current driver's licence
