Senior Services Chaplaincy Role

This role seeks a spiritual leader with chaplaincy background or Clinical Pastoral Education training to serve as Chaplain within seniors services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people across the organisation in Mission of the church.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral and spiritual care for residents, families and staff.
  • Oversight and coordination of the Hub spiritual care team.
  • Support involvement in Presbytery life and connection with local congregations.
Leadership Expectations
  • Lead worship across required services.
  • Ensure understanding of organisational mission among people.
Essential Criteria
  • Degree in Theology or Ministry or Community Services/Development.
  • Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent units completed.
Experience Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in ministry, chaplaincy or community services/development.
  • Demonstrated experience in a community setting and comfortability with mental health issues, addiction, and homelessness.
