We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Western Region team as Batch Plant Operators/HR Drivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant and ensure it is running efficiently.
- Operate front-end loaders, monitor automated controls and maintain accurate batching proportions.
- Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and communicate effectively with truck drivers.
- Coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules, and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
- A valid HR or HC Driver's Licence is essential.
- Agitator truck experience is preferred but not necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- A current White Card or the ability to obtain one if successful is required.
- A Front End Loader ticket and experience are desirable.
- A professional work ethic, customer service attitude and mechanical aptitude are necessary.
- A high regard for safety policies and procedures is expected.
- An excellent hourly rate plus an additional site allowance, with guaranteed minimum hours including overtime.
