Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Leadership Professional to lead our Business Coordinator team and provide strategic coordination across stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring seamless delivery through effective delegation and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the Business Coordinator team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability
  • Managing expenditure and escalating non-routine items with strategic recommendations
  • Coordinating high-profile events and engagements, including logistics, stakeholder liaison, and on-the-ground execution
  • Creating and maintaining operational documentation, including itineraries, run sheets, and schedules
  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership, ensuring administrative functions align with business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with ability to delegate, motivate, and manage performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising across teams
  • Demonstrated experience in event and corporate management, with logistical and solutions-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to juggle competing priorities
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build rapport
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and internal systems
