Job Title: Operations Leadership Professional

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our multi-site claims teams across Adelaide and Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer experience outcomes, and successful transformation programs.

Strong background in transformation and process redesign, with the ability to manage multiple system and process changes is essential.
