Job Title: Senior Leadership Professional

About the Role:

This leadership position requires an experienced professional to oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve centre performance and achieve desired outcomes

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality early learning programs

  • Mentor and support staff in their professional development

Key Responsibilities:

Operate within established policies and procedures to ensure centre compliance and efficient management. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and education.

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the centre's vision and strategy

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

  • Establish positive relationships with families, engaging them in their child's learning journey

Requirements:

A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, combined with significant experience in a leadership or educational role. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.
