About The Position
  • This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Brisbane Base Maintenance-Hangar 3.
  • The position is covered under ASU Agreement-Level 7.

As an operational excellence manager you'll provide high-level administrative leadership and strategic coordination to base maintenance operations. You'll lead and mentor a team, manage expenditure, coordinate events, create documentation, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the business coordinator team to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Manage non-business-as-usual expenditure and escalate items with strategic recommendations.
  3. Coordinate high-profile events and engagements effectively.
