Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our business development efforts across public and private sector clients in transport infrastructure, water and wastewater, renewables, and social infrastructure.

This role is based in Brisbane or regional QLD, offering a platform to influence long-term outcomes while working with high-performing technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a robust pipeline of projects worth $50m+
  • Engage directly with government clients, utility providers, and major contractors
  • Shape bid strategies in collaboration with estimating, engineering, and delivery functions
  • Lead opportunity pursuit through EoIs, RFTs, and direct negotiations
  • Represent the company at key industry forums, tender briefings, and stakeholder meetings
About You
  • Proven experience in business development, estimating, or project leadership roles within civil infrastructure space
  • Demonstrated success winning work in Queensland across road, rail, water, energy, or defence markets
  • Strong client relationships across TMR, local councils, utilities, or private developers
  • Commercially-minded communicator with strong influencing skills and technical credibility
  • Solutions-focused, proactive, and energized by growth
