Job Overview

The Senior Infrastructure Development Specialist will develop innovative solutions to deliver measurable, real-world benefits to the community. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable, real-world benefits to the community
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams—including Sustainability and Asset Management—to ensure a comprehensive, holistic approach to infrastructure development, design, construction, and management
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to design and oversee laboratory studies and field trials, interpreting results with precision to drive smarter, data-informed decisions
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering Degree or higher, preferably with a Master's Degree or Research Degree
  • Up to 10 years of experience within the transport industry, including consultancy or local government and transport agencies
  • Technical knowledge in pavement management and engineering
  • Experience in unsealed roads and/or specialized infrastructure materials is desirable
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
