Infrastructure Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

This role presents a high-level leadership position overseeing business services, information management, and infrastructure portfolio management functions. The successful candidate will provide oversight across multiple disciplines.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across various departments including finance, HR, governance, and information management to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project scheduling, asset management, and budget allocation for a large and complex infrastructure portfolio.
  • Develop and present high-quality reports, briefing notes, and business cases to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Drive governance, auditing, and reporting processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Implement project management principles into high-volume, high-value programs and foster continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with government and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery success.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction or project delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, financial planning, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance programs.
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to represent the organization at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to manage information systems, governance frameworks, and organizational reporting requirements.
  • High-level organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
