We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Mortgage Advisor to deliver exceptional member service and provide sound residential mortgage advice.
Your New Role- Provide seamless end-to-end banking experiences for our members by delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with our members through proactive communication and engagement.
- Partner with our credit team to ensure that member expectations are met within a reasonable timeframe and within credit criteria.
- Educate our members on the use of digital banking tools to enhance their mortgage and consumer lending portfolios.
About You
- You have strong retail lending experience and a solid understanding of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market.
- Exhibit the ability to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling and possess the skill to build and maintain lasting relationships.
Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential for this role.
