Home Lending Professional

The Home Lending Professional role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional member service while offering sound residential mortgage advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing seamless end-to-end banking experience to members
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members to offer expert advice
  • Creating meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence through open communication
  • Building relationships within the Defence Community to provide tailored solutions
  • Educating our members on digital banking tools to enhance their financial management
  • Growing the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios through effective relationship-building

As a Home Lending Professional, you will work collaboratively with branch staff, regional lending peers, and our credit team to deliver an exceptional member experience during one of life's most significant purchases - buying a home.

About You:
  • You are passionate about delivering outstanding member service and have a proactive approach to driving results
  • You have strong retail lending experience and a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market within your region

Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our members. They will also have a thorough understanding of the Australian financial system and relevant legislation.
