Lending Specialist Opportunity

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional member service and providing sound residential mortgage advice? Do you have strong retail lending experience, solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products, and real estate market insight within your region? We are seeking a skilled Lending Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our members.

As a Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing seamless end-to-end banking experiences for our members
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members to build relationships and trust
  • Creating personalized conversations with members to educate them on digital banking tools and grow their Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
  • Partnering with the Credit Team to ensure member expectations are met within a reasonable time period and within credit criteria

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in operation. You should also have Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering.
