As a key player in our retail branch network, you will build relationships with members to deliver exceptional member service and provide sound residential mortgage advice.

You will collaborate with branch staff, regional lending peers, and the credit team to create a positive member experience during their largest purchase decision - buying a home.

This role involves providing end-to-end banking experiences, making outbound calls to new and prospective members, and creating meaningful conversations by building trust and confidence.

Additionally, you will:

  • Provide seamless banking experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships within the Defence Community
  • Educate members on digital banking tools
  • Grow the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
  • Work closely with the Credit Team to meet member expectations

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding member experiences and driven to achieve results. You must have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products, and excellent communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A results-driven mindset
  • Strong business development skills
  • Tier 2 accreditation or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering
