Site Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the execution of projects at customer sites. This individual will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our solutions.

  • Mobilize and execute projects according to plan.
  • Prepare site mobilization and execution plans, manage site administration, organization, and resource planning.
  • Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules.
  • Conduct site inductions, organize and lead site meetings, establish effective site reporting practices.
  • Promote cost-effective construction practices, manage site budgets, and control costs.
  • Participate in subcontracting and local procurement activities, ensure quality control, and minimize risks throughout site execution.

This role involves responsibility for the full lifecycle of site execution-from mobilization to handover.

Key Requirements
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects.
  • Understanding of local regulations and safety standards.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
