The Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Above Water Systems team, managing work packages within major Naval and Commercial projects. You will oversee safety, cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring smooth project execution alongside Managers, Project Managers, and Supervisors.

  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce environmental policies.
  • Monitor workplace safety and implement corrective measures.
  • Oversight of project execution, including client relationships and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate trade supervisors and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Track project progress, address risks, and report to managers.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant trade experience.
  • Strong safety leadership in complex industrial environments.
  • Previous Superintendent experience is an advantage.
