Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the execution of our projects.

  • Develop site mobilization and demobilization plans.
  • Manage site administration, organization, and resource allocation.
  • Advise on installation activities and coordinate execution schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSSE policies.
  • Conduct site inductions for personnel.
  • Organize and lead site meetings.
  • Establish effective site reporting practices.
  • Monitor work progress and collect accurate reports.
  • Promote efficient construction practices.
  • Manage site expenses and control costs.
  • Participate in subcontracting and procurement activities.
  • Evaluate quality control and minimize risks throughout site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site mobilization and execution plans.
  • Manage site administration, organization, and resource planning.
  • Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies.
  • Conduct site inductions for all personnel.
