Customer Service Professional

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter sales orders into our system accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
    • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
    • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry tasks.
