Job Description:

The role of a Dedicated Customer Service Specialist involves providing exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced café environment. This position requires the ability to prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea, along with light food items while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
  • Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale.
  • Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer service and barista experience or at least one year of cooking experience in a café, restaurant, etc.
  • Ability to work weekdays Monday - Friday.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
