Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional partner strategies to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including the Big 4 global consulting firms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure partners have the necessary capacity, capability, and competency to sell and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop joint demand generation plans and execute partner prospecting days, CxO roundtables, and joint events.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales or 7+ years of partner management or consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of driving successful business development activities.
  • Experience working with organizations in multiple cities and markets.
  • Experience partnering with multiple sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A solid network and relationships among the consulting community in ANZ.
