Investment Manager

The role of Investment Manager is a high-calibre opportunity to lead investment underwriting and financial modelling for acquisition opportunities. You will oversee the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and asset onboarding. Conduct market research and due diligence across target sectors and geographies. Prepare investment committee presentations and manage stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5–8 years' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investment management
  • Strong exposure to PBSA, BTR, or hotel assets (ideally across multiple markets in ANZ)
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or related field
