Job Title:

Asset and Wealth Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deal lifecycle activities including meeting with target company management teams and founders.
  • Develop investment theses based on thorough market research.
  • Assess domestic & global markets for potential investments.
  • Collaborate with domain experts globally, diligence advisors, and banks to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Present proposals in investment committees.
  • Participate in deal structuring and investment documentation.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING MANAGEMENT TEAMS AND PARTNERS.
  • Oversee portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience across consulting, banking, or investing with at least 3 years of investing experience.
  • Commercially savvy investor mindset with ability to self-direct, evaluate, and form independent judgments.
  • Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent process management skills and ability to manage upward.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries.
  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis, research, and financial model building.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, intermediaries, and global stakeholders.
  • Deep experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
  • Absolute integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.
