Job Title: Head of Capital Raising and Investor Engagement

Job Description:

This is a senior, high-impact role that sits at the heart of how we grow and engage our investor community. You will drive the strategy and execution of how we raise, engage, and grow our investor base.

As the head of capital raising and investor engagement, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of fundraising across core funds and co-investment vehicles (~$100–150M/year). You will identify and cultivate new investor channels—particularly wealth managers and private banks.

You will build scalable ways to keep our investors informed, engaged, and excited. Develop investor onboarding, reporting, and education processes that build trust and long-term partnerships. Organise and host intimate LP gatherings, summits, and touchpoints that create memorable experiences and deepen alignment.

Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches and fund narratives with strong performance metrics. Collaborate with investment, finance & legal teams to ensure timely, clear, and high-quality materials for current and prospective LPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in capital raising, private wealth, fund distribution, and/or investment sales (VC, PE, or private funds).
  • Proven ability to raise capital, particularly from HNWIs/family offices and wealth advisor networks.
  • Deep understanding of the investor mindset and what drives LP decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; you know how to pitch and build trust.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple investor conversations at once.
  • Good understanding of fund operations, investor due diligence processes, and investor servicing workflows from pitch through to close.
  • Strong commercial instincts and passion for startups, with a genuine interest in VC as an asset class.
