Investment Manager Position Overview

This is a newly created role working closely with a Partner to play a critical part in a broad and end-to-end investment position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage a deep understanding of property development and asset management to represent as an investor with external property developers and housing providers.
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to tackle decisions achieving investment outcomes across an active portfolio of developments, as well as post-completion settling assets over with ongoing asset management providers.
  • Manage relationships with both debt providers and equity investors - ensuring all financial obligations are met, and adequate reporting on investments.

The ideal candidate will have circa 10 years of experience, with direct experience in real estate, ideally residential development and commercial investment. The team consists of high-performing individuals from global private equity firms.
