The Impact Investing Manager will work directly with the Head of Impact Investing and play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and managing investment opportunities, emphasizing due diligence and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Impact Investing in identifying and executing strategic opportunities for impact investing within the landscape.
  • Work as part of the Impact Investing Team to originate high-quality impact investment opportunities.
  • Lead impact investment due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Foundation's Legal and Finance teams, and third-party legal firms to finalize and execute investment agreements.
  • Relationship manage and maintain a portfolio of impact investments.
  • Drive impact investing capability building with staff.
  • Build relationships with other investors to leverage capital into investments.
  • Support impact investing practice by engaging in market activities and representing the organization externally.
  • Lead and oversee projects, including managing external consultants and the Impact Investment Associate.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate qualification with 6–8 years of professional experience, including impact investing or related fields.
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
  • Proven ability to generate insights from complex datasets and present them clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated judgment, attention to detail, and quality output.
