We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and selling innovative solutions to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of achieving annual quotas exceeding $5 million
  • Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
