Director of Client Success

About the Role:

The Director of Client Success plays a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client adoption and utilization of our product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including company secretaries, chairs, and directors.
  • Collaborate across the business to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing complex customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar professional services or management consulting role.
