Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and project execution across multiple markets and time zones.

  • Set clear standards for client satisfaction, delivery performance, and commercial success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' progressive leadership experience in client services, customer success, or account management.
  • Proven ability to lead with influence, balancing strategic thinking with executional rigor.
  • Commercially savvy with strong skills in contract management, revenue expansion, and creating long-term value.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect, influence, and inspire at every level.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across complex client engagements and high-value agreements.
