Job Title: Strategic HR PartnerAbout the Opportunity:

The role of the Strategic HR Partner is to provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle, collaborating closely with senior leaders to navigate organisational change and align processes, policies and cultural practices.

This includes providing practical guidance on human resources matters, facilitating the integration of operations and driving consistent practices as we move towards a shared services model.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with managers to deliver effective and efficient HR support
  • Drive change management initiatives to align business cultures
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
  • Coordinate performance and salary review processes, and provide advice on employee relations matters
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to the alignment and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR metrics and reporting
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR or advisory role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change or culture alignment projects
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and core HR processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience
