We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to partner with our leadership team and drive strategic initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and excellence within our organisation.

About the Role

The Senior Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support organisational objectives, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, supporting and managing employee relations, analysing HR metrics to inform decisions, leading and mentoring HR team members, and contributing to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies to mitigate risk.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members to foster professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
