HR Strategic Partner

Our organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a strategic partner.
This key role will play a vital part in shaping the future of our workforce, working closely with executive and senior leaders to integrate people strategies with broader organisational goals.
You will be responsible for developing and driving implementation of business unit people plans, supporting organisational design and leading workforce restructure initiatives.
The successful candidate will have expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management, with experience and knowledge of employment legislation, policy interpretation, and industrial relations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as is experience in conducting investigations and deep exposure to a broad range of case management matters.
