Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and goals
What You'll Need:
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
