About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a CRM Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving patient care through the effective use of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM System Management
    • Manage the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
    • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Collect and analyze data from our CRM system to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align CRM initiatives with organisational goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process Improvement
    • Design and implement automated workflows and communication campaigns to improve patient engagement and retention.
    • Identify and segment specific audiences to improve targeting and personalization.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Health Cloud, HubSpot) and data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools.
