About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Recruitment team in Melbourne, working with one of our key global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of this account, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver against customer and commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using our recruitment CRM system.
  • Analyze customer relationships and build on them through excellent service delivery.
  • Drive recruitment opportunities through client networking and relationship development.
  • Ensure a best-in-class recruitment process when sourcing and selecting candidates.
  • Work with the client to identify upcoming project requirements and implement recruitment strategies to enable proactive and timely recruitment of roles.
  • Collaborate with the 2XM leadership team to report on successes, challenges, and support required to achieve client requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience, with a proven track record of:
    • Managing and developing own clients and relationships.
    • Effectively managing multiple recruitment requirements, hiring managers, and differing requirements at each location.
    • Engineering or associated industry experience (ideally blue collar).
  • Recruitment software experience, with the ability to manage a recruitment process through a CRM (Bullhorn, Job Adder, Vincere, Fasttrack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
