We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Recruitment team in Melbourne, working with one of our key global clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of this account, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing client relationships and develop new opportunities for growth.
- Deliver against customer and commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using our recruitment CRM system.
- Analyze customer relationships and build on them through excellent service delivery.
- Drive recruitment opportunities through client networking and relationship development.
- Ensure a best-in-class recruitment process when sourcing and selecting candidates.
- Work with the client to identify upcoming project requirements and implement recruitment strategies to enable proactive and timely recruitment of roles.
- Collaborate with the 2XM leadership team to report on successes, challenges, and support required to achieve client requirements.
- At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience, with a proven track record of:
- Managing and developing own clients and relationships.
- Effectively managing multiple recruitment requirements, hiring managers, and differing requirements at each location.
- Engineering or associated industry experience (ideally blue collar).
- Recruitment software experience, with the ability to manage a recruitment process through a CRM (Bullhorn, Job Adder, Vincere, Fasttrack, etc.).
- Familiarity with Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
